The Midlands R&B star-in-the-making paid her first visit to the 1Xtra Live Lounge earlier today on DJ Ace's show.

"I've been waiting for this for seven years," declared the nervous singer - who has been performing since she was a kid - before ripping into her new song, I wish I missed my ex.

She then performed a cool cover of Mario Winans' Don't Wanna Know mixed in with J Cole's Kevin's Heart - make that Mahalia's Heart - for this version from the female perspective.

You can listen back to the show now from exactly two hours in.

We'll bring you the video as soon as we have it - promise - but until then check out some of the comments from people who got "the CHILLSSSS" just listening.

The Manc grime star releases his debut album, B. Inspired on Friday, ahead of his big support slot for Liam Gallagher at the city's Old Trafford Cricket Ground.

He's been talking to Beats 1 DJ Julie Adenuga about how his tough upbringing may actually have helped his rap career, which felt like his only way out.

"I remember very clearly that I didn’t have a choice, domestic violence is a powerful thing when you witness these things as a kid," he said.

"I’m not sure if I’m even allowed to say, but there was also a point when I was attacked by people and ended up stabbed, when I was a kid, I was 11.

So I didn’t have a choice, if them things didn’t happen and I was protected in my home environment and didn’t feel exposed in my home environment, I would’ve never had to have become the character I’ve become.

Bugzy performed earlier this month for Radio 1 in Ibiza and you can check that out now on the BBC iPlayer, if you don't mind the kind of language that is often overheard in club raves.

Ciara, Boyz II Men, Charlie Wilson and rising British star Ella Mai will now provide the support.

Bruno has posted a homemade singalong video announcement on his Instagram which is pretty funny but does contain a swear word so you'll have to find it for yourself.

Sorry folks, we don't make the rules and as you know Bruno and Cardi are all about breaking them.

The film stars the couple and their famous friends, including George Harrison, Fred Astaire and Andy Warhol, as they make their famous record with Phil Spector.

“The people who all worked on Imagine were peace people and it was so enlightening and exciting all the way through to be one of them," said Yoko.

The Seattle grunge pioneers have been accused of producing a "blatant display of extremism".

The poster - designed by bassist Jeff Ament and artist Bobby Brown - depicts a blazing White House on fire, with the tiny figure of US President Donald Trump being eaten by an eagle.

It was designed for their gig at the Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Montana on Monday night, which was also a fundraiser to help re-elect Democrat senator Jon Tester.

Republican Matt Rosendale - who is hoping to unseat Tester - described the poster as “disgusting and reprehensible”, calling on his opponent to condone it as "act of violence and blatant display of extremism”.

Pearl Jam have yet to respond.

The singer released dozens of albums and recorded three for Frank Sinatra's Reprise label but is perhaps best known for portraying the wife of Marlon Brando's Don Corleone in the first two Godfather films.

King suffered from non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and died on 22 March in Palm Springs.

Her death had gone unreported until a friend wrote about her on Facebook.

She was born Maria Grazia Morgana Messina in New York in 1930 to Sicilian parents.

Her music breakthrough came in 1964 with an operatic version of A Taste of Honey, recorded by the Beatles two years prior.

At the 1965 Grammys, King lost out to The Beatles in the category of best new artist.

She was cast In Francis Ford Coppola's gangster epic The Godfather in 1972 as Mama Carmela Corleone and sang Luna Mezz' 'o Mare during the opening wedding sequence (pictured below).

Her on screen son in the Godfather, Michael, played by Al Pacino, was, in real life, just eight years younger than her.

King reprised her role in the second film in the trilogy but when she didn't want to be photographed in a coffin after her character's death, the director's mother, Italia, doubled for her.
