    In today's What? Really? No way... news, actor and celeb gameshow contestant Gary Busey is using crowdfunding to release some new music.

    The Point Break star has launched a PledgeMusic campaign, external to support two new singles whch are due to be released on November.

    It's been 40 years since Gary debuted his singing in the movie, The Buddy Holly Story - for which he was Oscar-nominated.

    In a statement he said he “sang all the songs and did everything in one take…It was like a blessing from Buddy himself because I realised two months after I had done the movie that I was channeling his spirit.”

    Fifty-two years after the original movie hit the big screen, the trailer for the Mary Poppins sequel has been shared by Disney.

    British actress Emily Blunt takes over the main role from Julie Andrews with Lin-Manuel Miranda playing the Bert-like role of Jack.

    But 92-year-old Dick Van Dyke is back for Mary Poppins Returns though.

    The trailer has also given us a taste of Emily's singing voice but can she hold a candle to Dame Julie?

    The Hartnoll brothers, Paul and Phil, have marked their first studio album in six years with a live session for Lauren Laverne (sporting their natty trademark light specs, above).

    Their last album was Wonky in 2012, after which they broke up.

    Monsters Exists was released on Friday.

    "They're everywhere, under your bed," they joked about the title..

    "It's nice to get the old team back together..." they added.

    "It started last year doing a load of gigs and then from there on... 'oh hello, do I know you anymore?'

    "And that went really well and so we went on to do Monsters Exist."

    Lily Allen has written for the first time about her alleged sexual assault by an unnamed music executive.

    While she has discussed the incident in general terms before, the singer has gone into graphic detail in her new memoir, external, warning such stories were "rife" in the industry.

    Allen said she met the executive in 2015, following her divorce from Sam Cooper, and "woke up to find him trying to have sex with her in a hotel room".

    The singer said she initially blamed herself because she had been drinking.

    According to TMZ the Canadian-born superstar has applied to become a citizen of the United States.

    This comes after news broke that JB had recently gotten engaged to US model Hailey Baldwin.

    Biebsy would apparently retain his Canadian citizenship while also becoming an American citizen.

    Some Canadians are not sure whether this a good or a bad thing.

    The chart-topping singer is talking his younger brother Ethan aka Ten Tonnes on the road with dates across October and November.

    Here's some info to help many of you plan your annual panic-stricken Glasto tickets push... or not, as the case may be.

    Organisers at the Worthy Farm festival have announced standard weekend tickets for the June 2019 event will go on sale on 7 October, priced at £248 + £5 booking fee per ticket.

    Kylie Minogue has reportedly been offered, external the Sunday afternoon legends slot, while Madonna, Sir Macca and Kendrick Lamar's names have also been mentioned.

    It could be all or indeed none of the above but it's always nice to daydream on a Monday afternoon.

    The pregnant US singer who released her new album Cry Pretty on Friday, has revealed she endured three miscarriages in two years.

    The tearful country star told CBS Sunday Morning that, before getting pregnant, she lost two pregnancies in 2017 and another earlier this year.

    "In the beginning, it was like, 'OK, God, we know this... just wasn't your timing. And that is all right. We will bounce back and figure our way through it.'

    "But after the third miscarriage, it was just kind of like, 'okay, what's the deal?'"

    Underwood has one son with her partner, NHL player Mike Fisher - announcing last month they were expecting their second child.

    She told the US TV show she found the new record "therapeutic", having gone through a traumatic few years.

    In the latest tit-for-tat beef between veteran Slim Shady and his rap rival, Machine Gun Kelly, the younger artist has given the middle finger to a diss track which Em released on Friday titled Killshot.

    In it, Em includes lyrics like So before you die let's see who can out-petty who / With your corny lines ("Slim, you're old") - ow, Kelly, ooh / But I'm 45 and I'm still outselling you / By 29, I had three albums that had blew.

    And... Younger me? No, you're the wack me, it's funny but so true / I'd rather be 80-year-old me than 20-year-old you

    Now, MGK aka Richard Colson Baker, who had taken aim at Em with his own diss track Rap Devil, shared the above picture of himself, wearing a t-shirt bearing his own image as portrayed in the Killshot artwork with the hashtag #legshot.

    Cardi B has denied posting a transphobic meme on Facebook, blaming a "former team member".

    A cartoon, which seemingly shows a man walking through a door, was shared on her verified page.

    The caption contained transphobic slurs and was followed by laughing emojis and has since been deleted.

    She later tweeted: "It's come to my attention there have been offensive posts made on what used to be my Facebook page."

    "For the past year and a half a FORMER team member has been the only one with access to the account."

    Slick Woods, one of the many diverse women seen modelling Ri Ri's fashion line at New York Fashion Week last week, has confirmed she gave birth to a baby boy just hours after the show.

    The 22-year-old model from Minnesota posted a picture online displaying her baby bump on the catwalk while wearing Rihanna's lingerie, alongside the caption: “A lewk, 14 hours of labour, and a king is born."

    Spice Girl star-turned-designer Victoria Beckham has shown her first collection at London Fashion Week - 10 years after launching her label.

    For years, the Spice Girls singer chose New York's fashion week over its UK rival. Her family were in the front row for the debut.

    David Beckham said he was "so proud" of his wife, who hugged and kissed their four children at the end of the show.

    Son Romeo, 16, posted a picture of the family (below), saying: "Amazing show mum love you so much."

    The musician has launched an exhibition of his art, titled Paintings and Polaroids, at Tenby Museum And Art Gallery, external in Wales until 21 October.

    He previously released a photography book, Death of a Polaroid: A Manics Family Album in 2011,.

    “The work on display spans over three decades,” Nicky told NME.

    “It’s mixture of polaroids and paintings. There’s a great tradition of bass-playing artists: Kim Gordon, Paul Simonon, Paul McCartney – I thought I’d join that club.

    He added: “It’s a great cleansing exercise, really. Hopefully they’ll all sell, as well. It’s all for sale. I just feel like passing on my obsessions and my love. It feels like the right time.”

    “If you bought a ticket to this concert, that means you bought a ticket to the last Childish Gambino tour ever,” Donald Glover has told fans at Madison Square Garden in New York.,

    "This is not a concert. This is church.”

    In fairness, Glover - whose TV show Atlanta is in the running for several Emmy awards tonight - has suggested previously that he is retiring the Gambino name, even talking about it back in 2015, external.

    He's released three albums, starting with 2012's Camp and is due to release a fourth later in the year.

    In other DG news, he is reported to have taken legal action , externalagainst his former label Glassnote Records in an ongoing royalties dispute.

    The rapper/singer/actor says the indie label owes him more than $10,000 in streaming royalties.

  20. Taylor Swift granted restraining order against stalkerpublished at 09:41 BST 17 September 2018

    Taylor has successfully taken out a restraining order against a stalker who sent letters threatening to rape and kill her.

    According to documents obtained by US publication TMZ, 26-year-old Eric Swarbrick has been sending the singer such letters since 2016.

    One such letter apparently read: "I will not hesitate to kill her … and there’s nothing you, your lawyers, or the law will be about to do about it. Remember who I am.”

    A judge has ordered Swarbrick to stop contacting the singer immediately and stay away from her property.

    Taylor has been targeted before.

    In May, a man accused of stalking and breaking into her apartment block was jailed for six months.

    In April, 22-year-old Roger Alvarado allegedly broke into her home in New York and took a nap in her property.

    Earlier that month, a 38-year-old man was arrested outside her Beverly Hills home on suspicion of stalking.
