Finally today, Spanish indie quartet Hinds lived their "dream" of curating their own music festival this weekend in east London.

Back in March, the girls told the BBC that they intended to organise their own rock 'n' roll event - following the release of second album, I Don't Run - and they were good to their word as music fans left their earthly worries behind them to spend the evening on Party Planet.

The event in Dalston saw performances from the likes of Girl Ray and Sports Team, as well as DJ sets from Alt-J’s Gus, Theo from Wolf Alice, Dave from Glass Animals and 6 Music's Tom Ravenscroft.

Speaking before their own headline set, Carlotta and Ana from the band told Music News LIVE exactly how they managed to pull it off and revealed that the sequel was already in the pipeline.

"I can't believe we could afford this!" joked Carlotta.

    Quote Message

We still haven't played yet and we're thinking already about the next one - Party Planet number two.
