Time for us to depart our lovely Music News LIVE bubble and re-join the real world for the rest of the afternoon/evening.

Scroll down for news of big changes in the UK charts because of Ed Sheeran spoiling it for everyone, plus a scathing review of fellow Glasto headliners Radiohead by a famous politician-cum-dancer and new music from Calvin Harris.

We'll leave you today with an incredible Glasto performance from another man in a bubble (above), in the form of Wayne Coyne and The Flaming Lips and their rendition of a David Bowie classic.

Enjoy the madness...but don't try this at home kids (Wayne is experienced).

  2. Glasto coverage reaches record telly audiencepublished at 15:44 BST 27 June 2017

It's been a record breaking year for BBC Music's online and TV coverage of Glasto with almost 21 million people watching at least 3 minutes on telly, that's an increase of 12% on 2016.

King of the crop was Ed Sheeran’s Sunday night headline set, which achieved a record high average audience of 2.9m with a record 1 min peak audience of 4.1m viewers.

Online, there were 4.5m requests for live streams on iPlayer and the BBC's Glastonbury website throughout the weekend

Bob Shennan, Director BBC Radio & Music said: "BBC Music was able to bring audiences such an incredible range of genres from grime, reggae, rock and pop to memorable sets including Ed Sheeran, who made his Glastonbury debut only six years ago on the BBC Music Introducing Stage, and legendary artists Radiohead, The Foo Fighters and Barry Gibb. And all under a shining sun for a change!"

But for those who do like a little bit of Radiohead then check of 6 Music's Shaun Keaveny's attempts to recreate the opening track Airbag, from their 1997 album OK Computer - the reissue of which is currently riding high in the midweek chart.

Anyone can play guitar...we don't remember the opening guitar part taking this long though

Mancunian poet Tony Walsh aka Longfella rose to the highest of occasions when he performed his ode to the city Together (This is the Place) at a vigil for the 22 people killed at an Ariana Grande gig in May.

Now the poem has been set to a dance beat by New Mount City Breakers and released as a single, with all proceeds going to the Manchester Emergency Fund, Forever Manchester, and GM Homelessness Fund.

The NME reports Liam Gallagher has hailed the poem as “the best thing I’ve ever heard to come out of any Mancunian’s mouth,” while Joy Division legend Peter Hook called it “a great poem which captured the mood of the city after recent events released for a great cause.”

Poet Tony added the production was a fitting treatment of his poem, in true Madchester-style.

“Manchester is the dance capital of England after all. I felt this version though was true to the classic Manchester sound, adding a new angle without detracting from the words and giving the next generation of young people an anthem to make them proud.

“We’re also trying to support the city’s future vision as well as helping with donations to help support people with the devastating effects of the bomb."

A new documentary about identical twin pop stars Bros is apparently on the way.

Matt and Luke Goss and Scots bassist Craig Logan ruled the UK charts in 1989, becoming the youngest ever band to headline a show at Wembley Stadium.

After eight top 10 UK hits, they broke up in 1992. Last year - they announce a reunion tour, minus Craig, but have since scrapped most of the dates.

They are still due to play Wembley again in August.

Speaking about the new doc - Matt said: "I'm looking forward to being a fly on the wall within my own life," while Luke added: "The last 30 years of my life have been a journey of ups and downs, moments where I have stumbled, as well as some valued victories.

"This documentary will be an access all areas pass for the viewer to see that journey with a backdrop of film and music."

  13. Tupac: Filmmaker John Singleton pans new biopicpublished at 12:58 BST 27 June 2017

    Billboard magazine

Film director, screenwriter and producer John Singleton has criticized the makers of the new Tupac biopic All Eyez on Me, saying "they didn't think of it as a cultural event".

It could be a case of sour grapes though as the filmmaker twice joined and left work on the film due to' creative differences' (oh, they're the worst).

The Boyz n the Hood and 2 Fast 2 Furious director called the new film a "debacle" and said he was simultaneously disappointed with how it turned out and that he didn't get to make it.

It's fair to say that he wanted to see some Changes.

SIngleton told US radio station Atlanta's V-103. "They just made a movie; they didn't think of it as a cultural event.

"They didn't think of it in terms of something that affected our generation.

People who are younger, who don't really understand the legacy of Tupac Amaru Shakur, they just go to a movie and they see a rap star."

He added: "But dude was much more than a rap star.

"So that's why I'm really upset."

The 22-year-old has been speaking to our reporter Mark Savage about the new record.

"The record is really about me going through this prolonged break-up. I'd been in a relationship so long it almost felt like I forgot who I was, when I was alone. And writing this album helped me rediscover that.

"Going through that pain and having it turn into something positive that helps other people - you're kind of making lemonade out of lemons."

New track Feels finds the Scottish DJ/producer playing himself and playing bass in a bright flowery field as his friends above embark on a psychadelic fishing trip.

Pharrell seems the most keen to get on with the job of "catching fish" as he's in the boat, while Katy Perry writhes around on the floor throwing out more innuendos as bait. Though she has mastered the art of camouflage pretty well.

The track is set to appear on Calvin's new album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 which comes out on Friday.

U2 bassist Adam Clayton thanked his bandmates after he was handed an award by MusiCares, a foundation which helps musicians get treatment for addiction.

Clayon also paid tribute to rock star Eric Clapton who helped him beat an addiction to alcohol in 1993, after being unable to perform during a concert in Australia.

"He didn't sugar-coat it, he told me that I needed to change my life and that I wouldn't regret it.

"He gave me the name of a treatment centre and the power to make a call to them."

The star added. "Bono, The Edge and Larry truly supported me before and after I entered recovery and I am unreservedly grateful for their friendship, understanding and support."

"We have a pact with each other," he said. "In our band, no one will be a casualty. We all come home, or none of us come home."

U2 then played three songs including Stuck in a Moment You Can't Get Out Of.

It's a bold claim but it's hard to dispute after this weekend saw the first mud free Glasto festival in recent memory.

The Californian sisterly-trio told our reporter Mark Savage that they were chuffed to be back at Worthy Farm and able to bring sunshine vibes and crazy dancing to the Other Stage on Sunday afternoon.

The girls said (all at once... pretty much): "It’s everything we've ever wanted. You leave for two years and don’t even remember the distant memory.

"Then you see all the people and see all the tents and instantly it feels like home again.

"It felt so good to be back and we could see the people because of the sun. We brought the Californian sun!"

They added: "It was a rollercoaster of emotions.

"We were on the floor. We were jumping. At one point we told everyone to lie on the floor

"All we wanted was a dance party and Glastonbury danced with us... It takes two to tango."

They then tangoed off into the sunset in the hope of getting into "a bit a trouble", telling Mark that they had a flight home to Orange County booked for Monday.

We're not 100% sure they were on it though. If you find the girls still in Somerset then let us know.

Check out their performance of new tune Right Now below, including a four-way drumming duel finale.
