The Last Night of BBC Proms Korea in Seoul is an end-of-season party like no other! The programme includes Beethoven's sublime Violin Concerto with violinist Daniel Lozakovich and beloved "Last Night" classics by Edward Elgar and Henry Wood. We’re joined by special guest baritone Taehan Kim, and the BBC SSO bring a taste of Scotland in Peter Maxwell Davies’ boozy portrayal of a wedding in Orkney!
Change of soloist We regret to announce that, at the advice of her medical team, Hilary Hahn has withdrawn from all performances through December due to ongoing recovery from a double pinched nerve. The BBC SSO wishes Hilary a swift and complete recovery. We are excited that violinist Daniel Lozakovich will be joining us at Lotte Concert Hall to perform Beethoven’s Violin Concerto at the Last Night of BBC Proms Korea.
