    He's done it! Joe's completed his 24 Hour PE Challenge for BBC Children in Need. What an amazing effort!

    The first thing he did on completing the challenge? A lap of honour!

    "I feel so full of adrenalin" says Joe - it looks like he could do another 24 hours.

    And Zoe Ball has just revealed that Joe's helped raise over a fantastic £1,520,020!

    We had a surprise in store for Joe when his wife Rosie joined him on stage to help him get through the final hour of the challenge. He’s already raised over £1,000,000, and he’s still going strong.

    And things got emotional when all the family joined in via video call. Their two kids Indie and Marley were on the line (having a spot of breakfast), and Joe’s mum was full of pride.

    “You’ve always been that child, you’ve always found that extra bit of energy to go a bit further,” she declared.

    It's been getting very emotional over the last few hours...

    "I almost cried when my old headteacher was being really kind to me earlier," reveas Joe. "It's made me feel quite proud of what I achieved.

    "My mum hasn't slept a wink - she's been up all night texting me, saying she's proud of me. I've kept saying mum go to bed, I'm alright. But mum's worry and she's been there through the night with me."

    And Joe's mum Raquela has been chatting to Zoe Ball:

    "I can't tell you how proud I am. What he's been doing is absolutely phenomenal.

    "It's been an emotional rollercoast throughout!"

    As he approaches the end of the challenge, Joe's starting to feeling all those hours of intense work outs, and has admitted he's starting to feel a bit run down.

    "I feel like I'm hollow now, I'm really tired! I want to be in bed!"

    "I've been eating my fair share of chocolate, but I don't feel like eating [anymore]. I've just had 12 crumpets and 6 slices of toast in the last 24 hours."
