BBC Symphony Orchestra take centre stage for BBC Radio 3's Afternoon Concert with a performance of Mendelssohn's account of the story of Elijah, recorded earlier this year at the Barbican in London.
Featuring the BBC SO's Chief Conductor Sakari Oramo with soloists Toby Davies (treble), Elizabeth Watts (soprano), Claudia Huckle (mezzo), Allan Clayton (tenor), Johan Reuter (baritone) and the BBC Symphony Chorus.
