Dean Jackson was only 14 years old when he first applied for a job on BBC Radio Leicester but it was well over a decade after that before we let him anywhere near a microphone!
With a reputation for clinching 'exclusive' interviews with the biggest stars in the music business, Dean can often be found trying to control unruly crowds of would-be pop stars and their hangers-on in the BBC Radio Leicester studios.
