Oliver joined on 2 September 2002 and left on 13 June 2003.
Ollie came from a Jewish family in Nottingham and studied at Bristol University Medical School. He started at Riverside as GP Registrar and Ben was his mentor. He was enthusiastic and full of ideas but his inexperience often tripped him up.
Ollie was gay, but didn't make a song and dance about it. The rest of the team only found out after he kissed a drunk, sleeping Ben. Ollie was in a relationship with physiotherapist, Alex, at the time but his feelings for Ben got in the way and they split up. He kept trying to ask Ben out but Ben had to tell him to back off.
Ollie and Ben did eventually start seeing each other after Ben became a locum but the relationship was short-lived. Shortly after getting together, Ollie's flatmate, Carolina, died in an oil tanker explosion. Ollie was ridden with guilt and left Letherbridge.
