Nathan joined on 4 March 2003 and left on 13 June 2005.
Nathan was adopted as a child and bought up by a couple who owned a pub. After finishing his A-levels, Nathan decided to trace his real parents. Eventually he made contact with his father, Ben, and started working at Riverside as the receptionist.
Nathan was always polite with the patients and had a charming manner with the ladies. He had a one night stand with Sarah and then started seeing Tasha.
Tasha became pregnant, but as the relationship was already on the rocks, they split up. When Tasha told Nathan that she was having their baby adopted, he was relieved. But Ben made him face up to his responsibilities and offer to support Tasha.
Ben was critically injured in an explosion at The Mill. After regaining consciousness, he threw himself into looking after his father who was on trial for grievous bodily harm. Nathan realised he had feelings for Sarah but decided to let her go. He left Letherbridge to accompany Ben on his travels and help him sort himself out.
