Joe joined on 4 September 2006 and left on 4 April 2008.
Whilst Joe was somewhat absent-minded and a bit of a ditherer, he was good at weighing things up and never lost focus.
Divorced from Annie, with one teenage daughter, Emily, he was a workaholic. In the past, he had a tendency to get his priorities wrong and the breakdown of his marriage may have been a result of this.
Joe tended to put himself out for others and gave the impression that he needed to be liked. He had a childish sense of humour, enjoyed irreverence and had a real sense of the absurd.
Joe left Letherbridge and moved to Boston, after his daughter was diagnosed with a serious heart condition.
