Vivien is the Receptionist at The Mill. She joined on 17 May, 2007.
Vivien's a judgemental and sarcastic ex-matron. She quizzes prospective patients on their illnesses and dismisses time wasters with derision. Years of working for the NHS, followed by a long period nursing her ailing mother, have skewed Vivien's views.
Although her front is all dragon, she's quite capable of being caring in her own gruff way.
