Heston is an old-fashioned English gentleman, he has a huge personality, impeccable manners and is charming to the core. He adores being the centre of attention and is extraordinarily generous.
Having spent most of his career as a surgeon, he suffered a heart attack and was forced to face his own mortality. This gave him a new direction in life - he gave up surgery to work as a GP and believes he can do this standing on his head.
Despite his heart attack, he has little respect for his own health, but he has a fantastic sense of humour and an optimism that enables him to find the good qualities in people.
