What's she been in?
Anita's early TV credits include Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads, I Didn't Know You Cared and The Spoils of War. In 1998 she starred in the romantic comedy film, Still Crazy. Recent roles include appearances in Perfect Strangers, The Murder Room and The State Within.
Real life Doctors experience
Whilst in hospital waiting for an operation to have a kidney stone removed, Anita asked a passing doctor when her bed might be ready. When he informed her that there were people much worse off than her, Anita told him he should be ashamed of himself. The doctor then started to cry and confessed it was his first week in the job.
