Graduates of the Italia Conti have included William Hartnell and Bonnie Langford who played companion Melanie Bush back in the 80s. Graeme Harper, who directed episodes such as Journey's End, also attended this famous acting academy as, of course, did Karen Gillan, pictured above in The Fires of Pompeii.
