If you have received tickets to a BBC show and are no longer able to use them, you can let us know by clicking the unique cancellation link in the email containing your tickets which will take you to our online ticket cancellation form. You can either cancel all your tickets or just some of them.

We will then be able to re-allocate your tickets to someone else on the waiting list. Cancelling tickets does not affect future applications for shows.
