Delivery: what and when
Information on how to meet the deadlines for programme delivery
Production suppliers are required to provide the following paperwork. Failure to deliver may delay payment.

Music Reporting. Generally delivered via Proteus for pre-recorded content and via Dira for live programmes.

For pre-recorded titles, paperwork should be provided as soon as possible after file delivery. Music reporting must be submitted by two weeks post transmission. See Delivery page
For live titles, paperwork delivery requirements are determined by the nature of the paperwork:
Programme Descriptions are generally required three weeks prior to transmission
PasB and Sustainability paperwork should be completed as soon as possible post transmission
Music reporting is required two weeks at the latest post transmission

The commissioning specification will make it clear if the following is required:
Podcast edit of each agreed episode (length to be advised)
Ep 0/Teaser Trailer (length and content to be discussed at point of commission)
Promotional/publicity material
Podcast artwork
Social media deliverables
Most pre-recorded productions must deliver the following publicity materials:
Promotional preview copy
Stills/images. One photograph with rights cleared (unless such other number is agreed) per Programme or episode of the Programme
