A British afternoon tradition - tea with milk and sugar, scones and jam

I am interested in tea, especially Chinese tea, but I’ve heard tea is also very popular in Britain. I'd like to know something about British tea.   George, Shanghai

You might be surprised to learn that British people love tea. In fact, afternoon tea is more than just a drink – sometimes it’s a complete meal. We spoke to Jane, a British tea expert and to Renaud, who's in charge of afternoon tea at a top London Hotel to find out more.
