BeddyByes is structured around a bedtime routine, signposted by the Tick Tock Clock, which always tells MeMo and BaBa what time it is. MeMo and BaBa follow their routine activities for Play Time, through to Yummy Time, Brushy Time, Story Time and finally, Sleepy Time.

Use this interactive quiz to work through the different segments on the clock together, understanding that each time has an activity to match. All your child has to do is tap the part of the clock that aligns with the activity and you will help them develop routine recognition:

  • Play Time is when your child can play

  • Yummy Time is when they have a snack

  • Brushy Time is for brushing teeth and having a bath

  • Story Time is for reading a story quietly

  • Sleepy Time is for falling asleep.

Each activity is important to help your child wind down for bed. Explaining to your child the order of their bedtime routine can reinforce a calmer and more relaxed bedtime for both child and parent.
