Chicken and broccoli stir-fry

Jeremy Pang teaches Lindsey his recipe for a super tasty, chicken and broccoli stir-fry. Grab a grown up and have a go yourself! All the ingredients and quantities needed are listed below.

You will need
  • 300g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 120ml chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 1 spring onion

For a vegetarian alternative, you can substitute the chicken out for tofu, mushroom or aubergine and swap out the oyster sauce for a vegetable stir-fry sauce.
