Who was Henry VIII? 👑

Where do we even begin with King Henry VIII?! The most famous Tudor king who ruled England from 1509 to 1547, King Henry VIII made some pretty big moves whilst on the throne. He's mainly remembered for his cruelty towards his six wives, (you know the song, sing along! Divorced, beheaded and died, divorced, beheaded, survived. I'm Henry VIII I had six sorry wives, some might say I ruined their lives...). He also made some huge changes around religion in the country, especially to suit himself. He broke up the Catholic Church and established his very own - the Church of England. Learn more about horrible Henry VIII in this special episode starring Rowan Atkinson.

Who was Guy Fawkes? ✨

In 1605, this scheming soul joined a group of fellow English Catholics in a plot to blow up the Houses of Parliament - a very bold move. However, 🚨 spoiler alert 🚨 they failed. The plan went bang when Guy was caught along with his fellow conspirators and he was punished for his crimes.
