BP Summer Challenges: week one

Welcome to week one of our brand new Blue Peter Summer Challenges! For the next six weeks, Blue Peter will be presenting you with new games, challenges and puzzles every Tuesday and Thursday. So make sure you're checking back each week for some top-notch summer fun!

In this week's show, Darcy from London earned her music badge and wowed the presenters with her homemade musical instrument, xylophone cups! We thought this was so cool, that we wanted to challenge you to play the Blue Peter theme song too!

You can play the theme tune on anything! You can clap it or tap it, you can make your own string instrument out of rubber bands, or make a drum out of an old tin can! However you play it, we challenge you to record it and send it back to us by clicking the 'send your stuff' button at the bottom of this page!
