Roman Vindolanda And Army Museum

Roman Vindolanda and Roman Army Museum is a Roman fort and settlement near Hadrian's Wall. At Vindolanda specialists will engage visitors through site talks about the life of a typical Roman soldier on the front line of Emperor Hadrian’s formidable British frontier. The Roman Army Museum is an authentic and dramatic tribute to Rome’s extraordinary military legacy.
