One of Bristol's top DJs is to kiss lucky clubbers to raise money for the charity Oxfam.

Lisa Lashes will be sharing herself as part of Slam, 8-19 October, an event to raise money and give people a good night out in the process.

The clubbers of Evolution launched the project in fantastic style on Monday 8 October, and raised the first £600 for Oxfam.

Clubbers were asked to pay an extra £1 admission for the charity and they all responded magnificently, as Steve Bagnall, Manager of Evolution, explained:

"It was a great start, everyone paid the £1 to Oxfam without any complaints, this is a good start and the customers of Evolution are well on the way to raise our target of £2K in the next two weeks."

Oxfam Slam spokesperson, Billy Cotton was quick to praise staff and clubbers alike:

"They were absolutely fantastic, the funds raised will go along way and make an immense difference to lives across the world."
