Our Open Call window will open for submissions from noon on Wednesday 9th November 2022 until noon on Wednesday 7th December 2022. We hosted an online webinar for you to ask us your questions on the opportunity and meet some of our development groups' alumni. Below is the recording of the event along with useful resources and information you need to get you and your script ready.
Do you have any questions about our Open Call opportunity? Join one of our online drop-in sessions for Help and Advice. They are taking place at the following times via Zoom.
- Wednesday 9th November (the day submissions open) - 1230-1300
- Wednesday 16th November - 1230-1300
Wednesday 23rd November - 1230-1300
Thursday 1st December - 1700-1730- Tuesday 6th December (The day before the deadline) 1700-1730
You will need to register to join a drop-in session with your email address. The link to join the session will be sent to your email shortly before the session begins. Registration details will be published soon.
Members of the BBC Writersroom team will be on hand to answer your questions. You can either turn on your camera to ask your question or if you prefer not to be on camera just write your questions in the Q&A box. Feel free to join too if you'd just like to hear the answers to other people's questions.
