Introducing BBC iD

It's taken a lot of work, and there's plenty more to do, but BBC iD is now starting to appear across BBC Online.

There's an article over on the BBC Internet Blog that explains what this means if you have an existing account, and outlines a few of the changes you can expect over the coming weeks. If you have any problems, you can find answers in the new FAQ section.

As well as supporting existing services, BBC iD will evolve to allow us to start building some new and previously impossible things. This, as they say, is just the beginning... and we'll explain some of the developments here as we go along.
