A new skate park has recently opened down at the Cardiff Bay Barrage and it seems to be going down well with the local skateboarders. The new Skate Plazza has been modelled on other skate parks around the world and follows the example set by Barcelona - which is often referred to as 'the skate capital of the world' due to the abundance of skate parks found there.
