The Archers 'Fart script shock'

After last week's 'The End of Ambridge' storm, The Archers is in the press again this week... in what some on Twitter are terming 'Fart Gate.' Both The Sun and The Guardian have reported on it today.

The explosive moment occured in Wednesday's Archers.



Ambridge has had its fair share of belches, and in the '80s Eddie Grundy was sick on a piano in The Bull, but this is the first fart to have been heard on-air in The Archers.
