After an incredible ten weeks, sadly Nicky Byrne left Strictly after facing his third and final dance off against Denise Van Outen.

This weekend’s show was packed so full of twists and turns, we didn’t know if we were coming or going... and neither did our couples. But someone would have to go and being oh so close to the semi-final, it would be agonising for whoever had to bow out at this point.
