Further to my blog post last week, I am pleased to say that our colleagues from BBC Workplace and the North Fit Out team completed the Three Peaks Challenge over the weekend!

Despite facing awful and unpredictable weather, tough climbing conditions and the risk of very tired legs, the team climbed the three highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland within 24 hours. The nine walkers were assisted by three drivers to reach the tops of Snowdon in Wales, Scafell Pike in England and Ben Nevis in Scotland.

The team set themselves a target of raising atleast £10,000 for Children in Need. The great news is that this target has already been exceeded, and as of Tuesday afternoon, the amount raised so far stands at nearly £10,500. There's still time to donate! Go to https://www.justgiving.com/John-Wood2
