We'd sing and dance for ever and a day

Hey! I'm not going to Glastonbury either! But instead I have access to all the TV pictures, all the radio feeds and I am not smelly. After the show last night Jo Whiley was trying on a quite fabulous array of dresses for her TV commitments which makes Jo the luckiest person there-it's Glastonbury with a wardrobe budget! Sparkle-on! Glitter-on!
Meantime, back in the studios...
Films first with Kevin Spacey (one of the stars) and Edgar Wright (director) of Baby Driver, a top new film with a great soundtrack, splendid chases and tinnitus. Not tinnitus as a result of watching the film (though that's possible) but Baby (he's the driver) has tinnitus, so spends the entire film with ear buds in, listening to the tunes. My kind of film.
Then we ARF all the way till 7 with 1968 chosen as our opening year of requirement. So this is when Dad's Army debuts, alongside the new-fangled 5p and 10p coins and the Ford Escort.
And the M1 is finished at last. At the movies its Oliver! Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Planet of the Apes. And on the radio? Time to pick a good one.
Have a top weekend!
