What a way to make a livin'

HEY! It’s Monday! Fabulous news everyone, it is a Monday of great promise. Autumn is here, (best ever season) and lovely warm temperatures are here this week.Breakfast in the garden in September? Coffee in the park after dropping the kids off? Late glass of something in the dark? Yes please.

Good weekend? Super cull of old clothes here triggered 1) heaps of tat 2) heaps of nostalgia as old Radio 1 merchandise and assorted TV clothes hit the bin bags and 3) heaps of sneezing triggered by preposterous amounts of dust. This took 24 hours to recover from but here we go with a top week of fine shows for you…

Book Club time again and this week it is The Last Days Of Jack Sparks by Jason Arnop This is the book that Matt decided he didn’t like, then encouraged to carry on, was won over. It is a first rate thriller about an unlikable, egotistical nightmare of a reporter who dies in the course of writing a book. If you want to see for your self quite how annoying he is-read the opening chapter right here! Innovative and compelling stuff.

And an overcast Monday in September means BACK TO NORMAL oldies. Songs for the old routine. And jolly good news that is too...
