Who knows how these things work really. I type it in here, you read it there. But Friday’s post disappeared somewhere for which apologies. However it doesn’t seem to have affected your responses-top discussions all round I think. Maybe I should keep it brief-two sentences seemed to be fine on Friday! Hope that weekend was good for you; meals out, cinema attendance and a whole chapter written. And I cut the grass. And I loved Graham N talking to Bradley C. And Paul O”Grady was on top form. As was Michael Ball. It’s been a big R2 weekend in this house, as you can tell.

And wouldn’t you know we have a lovely chat with Art Garfunkel today. Last time he was on the show it was clear that his voice was in trouble-he even demonstrated the fact by croaking a scale. But he says he’s better now and the voice is back. This is good news as Art has had one of the most beautiful voices of the last few decades-I have all my Simon and Garfunkel albums plus Angel Clare, Watermark, Breakaway and the other solo discs.
