You’ve got me going crazy

Off for some early morning movie chat with the remarkable Lupita Nyong’o, one of the stars of the new Marvel film Black Panther. She plays secret agent Nakia in what is the first black superhero movie and its quite a moment. You’ve never seen a movie like this. It’s got all the Marvel-y bits you might expect with added comments on world poverty, building walls and civic responsibility. And jokes.

Then the movie show hits with Colin Firth and Rachel Weisz (got it this time) talking The Mercy and the ARF kicks off with some 1989 action to open things up. What a long time ago ladies and gentlemen. The Berlin Wall is torn down to universal acclaim. Doctor Who is discontinued by the BBC after 26 years (they should try that again some day) and we get to see Wallace and Gromit for the first time in A Grand Day Out. At the movies it’s Dead Poets Society, Batman and Honey I Shrunk The Kids. But what super pop-tastic tunes did you love the most?
