Thinking of a different time

Right then, Thursday greetings to y'all. What's happening in the blogosphere then? Lots of exams kicking off now, the Highers have started, some A levels have begun and revision households everywhere are TENSE. Fridges have timetables stuck up, supplies of pencils, rulers and batteries for calculators have been checked, parents/grandparents are recalling tales of old exams passed/failed. What a stressful time it all is. Time to keep calm and read the stoics for fun (Seneca was the man).

Elsewhere we have Nige performing a bitter, flourless chocolate cake with coffee cream and hot cherries in grappa! Showing off or what?

So as you know, May the 4th is Star Wars Day PLUS the new Alien film is premiered today so SPACE ALIEN tunes will fit the bill elegantly...I've seen it but can't tell you anything because I signed an embargo. But it's got lots of Alien-y type things doing what they do.
