JP is no longer in Shieldinch.
JP was Roisin's old flame, who returned to the area when he got into some dodgy deals with Raymond. When things turned nasty he threatened to kill Raymond unless Roisin paid him back in other ways.
Despite being shot by Roisin, JP was back to cause more trouble in the form of a protection racket. His scheme backfired when Heather refused to pay up and teamed up with Paddy to get rid of JP. Their plan succeeded, but have we seen the last of nasty JP?
