Hana is no longer in Shieldinch.
Hana left Shieldinch in 2003. She was married to Karim and mother to Nazir, Jamilah and Zara. Hana helped Karim run their business, Malik Stores, in Montego Street. However, Hana realised that she wanted more from life than just running the shop and became a driving instructor. Hana left Karim when he secretly took another wife to help an old friend out. However, she wasn't prepared for his reaction; far from chasing after her, Karim told Hana he wanted a divorce.
