McKenna is no longer in the UK.
McKenna worked for Buchanan Associates and was McCabe's lawyer and right hand man. When Heather asked for McCabe's help to avoid prison, he put McKenna on the case.
The lawyer came up with a strategy to confuse the jury. Jo Rossi would offer to help the prosecution and get immunity, and then confess to the murder herself in Court. It worked, and the case against Heather was found to be not proven.
McKenna has now left the country, officially dealing with McCabe's interests in Spain, although there is speculation that he had to leave to avoid the law. His cases have been passed on to his protegee, Gerry McGrade.
