Donna is McCabe's daughter, and has Down's Syndrome. Donna is feisty, determined and can look after herself.
McCabe split up with Donna's mum when she was young, and he had almost nothing to do with her when she was growing up, providing cash but not much else. When Donna's mum died, McCabe tried to take over, but Donna was determined to make her dad suffer. However, with Scarlett's help, Donna and her dad made up.
Donna returned with McCabe for a short while and was involved in her father's fracas with Lenny.
