With 6 Music broadcasting from The Hay Festival this week - including Radcliffe and Maconie and Cerys - we thought it only right to wrap up proceedings by inviting you to create a playlist devoted to the many great songs inspired by literature.
So what tracks must we include in our two hour #Hay6Music show this Sunday (1 June, 6-8pm)?
You could pick Kate Bush’s ‘Wuthering Heights’, The Doors’ ‘The End’, Bruce Springsteen’s ‘The Ghost of Tom Joad’, The Verve’s ‘History’, The Beatles ‘Paperback Writer’, ‘1984’ by David Bowie, ‘Poor Little Rich Boy’ by Regina Spector or ‘White Rabbit’ by Jefferson Airplane…you get the idea.
Post your song suggestions and reasons for your choices on this blog below or on our Now Playing Facebook Page, Tweet using #Hay6Music, add a track to our collaborative playlists on Spotify and Rdio or email us at nowplaying@bbc.co.uk.
