Back on Springwatch, our Adventure Team Producer Richard Taylor-Jones blogged about the reintroduction of beavers to the UK, some of which I've quoted below. In the Christmas Special we look back at this story and update it. We’d love to know what you think about this species' return to our shores so please post a comment below.

The answers will be revealed in the Springwatch Christmas Special so if you know the identity of the creatures in the four soundscapes post a comment below.

With 50,000 new photos this year and over 10,000 members, the Autumnwatch photo group has undoubtedly been one of the stars of the show. Today it's closing to be replaced by the Winterwatch group, so in honour of all the fabulous photographers who took part here are the three montages used in Unsprung. So click pay and look back at some of the best images that autumn has to offer.
