Monday Monday Monday! It's always handy to have some nice chilled tunage on days like this to ease us into the week and today's MPFREE is no exception to the rule. U.S. duo Daniel Hindman and keyboardist Sarah Versprille’s AKA Pure Bathing Culture have given us this mountain of floaty synth pop:

Although being born and raised, and spending most of their days, in New York, they've now resettled in Portland, Oregon. They released a self-titled EP last year and are soon to be releasing their debut album Moon Tides, available 19th August. Of the album they say: "We are deeply inspired by the relationship between the moon and the tides. Particularly in the sense that the tides and the ocean are comprised of water and the element water is often associated with human emotion." You may also recognise Sarah Versprille's vocals as she has previously sung with the lovely Foxygen.
