This songstress is fast becoming a name on everyone's lips as a rising soul singer, with influences from the greats: Aretha Franklin, Etta James, James Brown, Amy Winehouse. Earlier this year Celeste played at Introducing’s showcase gig at The Lexington and has also been supported by Radio 1's Annie Mac and Phil Taggart.

Essential: Gigi Lo is a 23 year old R&B/soul artist from South London. Gigi's music is inspired by real life experiences and those of others around her and she cites Amy Winehouse as one of her main influences as well as old school hip-hop, R&B and jazz. She used to sing the backing vocals for J Hus but now is walking to a spotlight of her own. Gigi said: "I’m a normal girl going through stuff any girl in her 20s might. I want my music to be honest and reflect my thoughts, emotions and things I go through or see as a young woman.”
