Photo spoiler: Homeward bound?

Desperate to return home, back to her faaaaaamily, Kathy takes a huge risk and heads back to Walford. She walks into the The Arches (not to get her car fixed) and comes face to face with Phil.

Kathy tells her ex that she feels the time is right to let people know that she is infact NOT dead. She asks him to help her work out the best way of doing that. Hmm, maybe it would have been better not to have faked your own death?? Will Phil welcome her back with open arms, or send her packing?
