Photo spoiler: Can't bury the truth

Pam struggles to get through the day. She's scared that Emma will find out the truth about her past.

She offers to pick up Janet from school, but when Janet then goes missing, Billy worries - knowing that something's up with Pam. Once Janet is safely returned to Billy, he snaps and takes her home.

To make amends, and to keep Billy on-side, Pam decides to tell him the truth about her past. But what did she do?
