Photo Spoilers: Grand designs and cowboy builders

Ian is doing his best Alan Sugar impersonation as he takes control of the building work for the new restaurant. Unfortunately, he clearly doesn't know his cowboys from his indians, and when he later checks in to see how the work is going he's shocked to see the builders have left the place in a right state!

Panicking the work won't be finished on time, Ian goes to Janine to beg for more money. We could have warned him how well that would go down, and true to form, she shows him little pity, threatening to pull out of the venture entirely if he doesn't get things sorted.

Jean sees the despondent Ian mopping in the Vic and gives him a pep talk, encouraging him to carry on with the work himself. Inspired, Ian does so... and finds a mysterious safe hidden under the floor. Where did it come from and what does it contain? We're guessing hidden safes are likely to contain a lot of secrets, but the look on Ian's face suggests his problems could all be solved...

Meanwhile, Whitney, in a show of friendship, gets the gang together for a drink in the Vic. But tensions are never far from the surface, and as Lucy flirts with Joey, Lauren struggles to hide her emotions.

Seeing Lauren drinking alone at the bar, Whiteny sends Tyler over to cheer her up. Lauren, though, is on a one-way ticket to drunk town again, and in a desperate bid to make Joey jealous, she makes a pass at Tyler.

Elsewhere, it's the usual fun and games between Michael and Janine, as their bitter feuding continues. Janine is clearly struggling with Scarlett, and her mood takes an even worse turn when Roxy winds her up that Michael has moved on with Kat.

Janine is clearly more hurt by this news than she expected. Are there still some feelings between the warring duo? But, when Michael tries to smooth things out between them, Janine snaps up her defences, and promises Michael she'll do everything she can to stop him from seeing Scarlett! Relations between the two seem to be on a terminal dip.
