Gary Webster to play Neville Peacock

Neville Peacock, Belinda’s mysterious husband, is set to be seen in EastEnders for the very first time and will be played by Gary Webster.

Neville has always seen himself and his wife as a cut above the rest of the Slater clan believing them to be a picture of respectability. But what really goes on behind closed doors in this couples prim and suburban relationship? Belinda is a Slater after all, so it can’t all be white picket fences…

Belinda has been back on The Square in recent months as she has been supporting Stacey but could the call of The Square be tempting her back…? And what will Neville think about her wanting to spend more time with her family?

“Filming these scenes was a lot of fun and it was great to work with Carli, and some other Walford residents who I can’t reveal just yet!" Gary told us. "But I will say viewers won’t want to miss it.”

Gary is no stranger to Walford, having played Graham Clark, brother of Barry Clark, on the show way back in 1987!

Viewers will see Neville on screen in mid-May.
