Woop Woop! After a fantastic year, EastEnders came up trumps to win Best Soap at the annual British Soap Awards 2011 in Manchester on Saturday night.

As well as winning the ultimate glory a second year on the trot at the prestigious soap oscars, your favourite soap has clinched another trio of shiny gongs!

The wonderful Jessie Wallace beat off tough competition to be crowned with Best Actress for playing been-through-the-mill-and-back Kat Moon. The Vic landlady has had a gripping year, as she's struggled to deal with Tommy's loss... and getting him back.

On the glitzy night, Jessie Wallace had to grace the stage twice, as she picked up Best On-Screen Partnership with Shane Richie for their portrayal as loveable Kat and Alfie Moon.

And guess what folks? Let's hope that Scott Maslen (Jack Branning) had his acceptance speech prepared, as he took the top totty award! Yep, for a consecutive year Scott picked up the Sexiest Male gong. Ding. Dong.

Let's hope that the northern city has now recovered from the waft of hairspray and glow of gooorgeous tans, after hosting the awards for the first time in 12 years.

Thank you for all of your votes in these top-notch awards!
