Photo spoiler: Getting down to business

Phil returns, and seems to have brought his mojo with him! He immediately calls a family lunch and attempts to get the Mitchells back on track. After the meal he pays a visit to his new nemesis - Max - and 'requests' that he kindly give him back The Arches. Will Max just hand it over?

Max lets slip that it was in fact Ben that handed over The Arches to him in the first place, not Sharon. Oh dear. Phil does not take that news well and storms into his living room, forcebly removing Ben from the couch! What does he have planned for him? The naughty step?!
