When Aunt Babe notices Stan hasn’t told his family his news, she stuns them into silence at Lee’s birthday bash by revealing that he has terminal cancer. Stan asks everyone to carry on as normal however it’s easier said than done.

Furious with Babe for ruining Lee’s birthday, Stan tells her that he can see straight through her - family mean nothing to her. Babe is shaken when Stan grabs her arm accusing her of being selfish and manipulative. She ignores him - until he demands to know where she is hiding Shirley…

Later, catching up with Cora in the Café, Stan discovers she is unhappy with him for keeping the cancer a secret from her. He tries to reason with her, but how will she react?

Meanwhile, Tina has been reading up on prostate cancer, hoping that she can help her father. Tosh doubts that any of what Stan says is true, but Tina goes ahead and arranges an appointment with his consultant - only to be given unexpected news...
